Apple Watch update error


I bought a new Apple Watch & I’m trying to active it

i try to pair it with my phone & it passes the first part & then asks for an update and whenever I click on the update It says “No internet connection”

ivr tried everything from restarting my phone, network settings, tried different internet/wifi connects & even tried to connect it with different phones still not happening :|

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to setup your new Apple Watch as you get an error on your iPhone about the internet connection. To help with this, make sure your iPhone is up to date, that the time and date are correct, and then go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and see if an Apple Watch update is shown and swipe left to delete it and then test your situation again:



Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you can’t change the time or time zone on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
