How can I mute advertisements that play

Hello,

I play Spider Solitaire on my phone. There are ads that run on the bottom of the screen. Recently, an ad for Aoartments.com plays, has Jeff Goldbloom speaking. I cannot turn the speaking off. It plays even when my volume is off.

how do I turn off the sound?

If the ads generated by that app are overriding your settings, contact the app developer to complain.
