Hello this Steven,
I’ve already been added to an Apple Music family and it’s confirmed I’m part of it now but songs still play halfway and restart.What could possibly be the problem?

Is this true for all songs or just some? The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If you still have problems, try to delete a song and then redownload it.
