My iphone is green and flashing and will not let me do anything

My iphone x screen started turning green and flashing and I cannot do anything with it. The various threads on how to reboot it are not working either

My iPhone screen is flashing green basically i got my iphone x in september and i have had no problems with it up until today and i got my phone out and the screen on it was flashing green thyere are no cracks or scratches on the back glass or the screen so i dont understand why it is doing this what do you think i should do ? thank you [Re-Titled by Moderator]

It sounds like you've suffered a hardware fail on your phone. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
