I have purchased 200GB of iCloud storage but I am unable to back up 10GB of whatsapp

I have purchased 200GB of iCloud storage but I am unable to back up 10GB of whatsapp to iCloud. Any advice here would be great thank you.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11

Okay thank you. So if I backup my iPhone, my WhatsApp messages won’t be included within this iCloud backup? I need to create 10GB of internal storage on my iPhone in order to complete this backup, even if I have sufficient space in iCloud? Please see attached screenshot below.

In order for a backup to work, you will also need adequate storage space on your device as well per the link I sent you above.

Do you have enough storage space on your device?

If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support
