2016 macbook pro display issue

I got a screen replacement about a month ago. This happens sometimes. What is the problem? Should I send it for repair? Thank you in advance.

Does an external display have the same issue? If not, then the issue is with the built-in Display.

Either way take the laptop back to have Apple or the AASP repair it again. There is a 90 day part warranty on the repair (perhaps on the whole laptop if the laptop was sent to a mail in repair depot by Apple or the AASP).
