What can I use to open this tray to open the Sim card and remove it a paper clip is too thick and I don’t know what else I can use. I would appreciate if anybody could answer me thank you

If you are having difficulty installing a SIM card then do not attempt to do so without the SIM card tool. If you do not have it then take your iPhone and your SIM card to any Carrier store and they will be happy to help.
