I've got a new SE 2020 phone but can't get the SIM card drawer to open. There doesn't appear to be a hole in order to springer the drawer. Any advice or does the phone need to go back for repair?

return it and get anything that's not SE. Its like a sign.
Thanks, I'm using the tool but there is no hole to push it into. It looks like there is just metal underneath and so assuming that the hole is either missing or misaligned.
