MacBook Pro 2018 with external display has a pink tint

Hello,

I've just bought two external monitor Phillips 499p for my office.

I've connected a brand new MacBook Pro 2020 and it is working properly. (Issue with the resolution 5120x1440 was corrected with SwitschresX software)

However with the "old" MacBook Pro 2018 I get a kind of pink tint in the entire screen (no matter which resolution I take).

Any Idea??

Regards

Alfonso

Just for your information.... although with the brand new MacBook Pro I was able to work with the external display without any problem and using old cables (HDMI, USB-c... etc), I had to take a brand new cable HDMI a connect the "old" MacBook Pro in order to get a good image ...... very strange but with the same cable Old MacBook Pro was not able to get a clear image (Pink color in the display) and the new brand MacBook Pro worked without problems....
