IPhone 11 shuts off ringer

The phone is shutting off the ringer volume by itself. I restore it and a bit later I miss calls because ringer has turned itself off. How can I prevent that?

Open Settings ➔ Sounds & Haptics ➔ Ringer & Alerts : Here set the volume to your liking so that you can hear your iPhone ringing. Then Change with Buttons set to OFF.
