I keep hitting 'We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions.' error.
I've been using Android for quite some years but I've just bought a new iphone 11. I'm trying to login and it asked me for the security questions. I used to have an iPhone 4 but I've forgotten the answers. When I tried to reset, I kept getting 'We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions.' message. How do I reset the security questions?
