Sony headphones app keeps crashing
Just bought the MX4 and im unable to get the app from crashing after accepting terms and privacy just keeps crashing I reinstalled it multiple times same issues on my iphone

Try Signing Out of iCloud:
On your iPhone, sign out of iCloud, then log back in - be sure you backup what need be prior to signing out. Things probably just need to resync.
- Go Here: Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support
- Scroll to: Sign out on your Mac
- Proceed from there as necessary.
Perhaps this is a faulty device?
If you hare having issued with these headphones, then contact the manufacturer. If so, see if they will replace it
