No iMessage slider, activation error

Hi, I am having issues with activating FaceTime and iMessage on my iPhone. I use an iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 14.0.2 Beta without a SIM card, and ever since I upgraded to iOS 14 I have been having activation problems with FaceTime and iMessage. My old phone was an iPhone 6 that was stuck on iOS 12, and I had no problem with texting there. I have been on many websites (including Apple ones) that address this issue and they all tell me to turn off iMessage but the problem is there is no iMessage toggle slider, all it shows is the email and password text bars. Is there a possible fix for this? Thanks! 🙏

I did a bit more searching about this, it turned out that my iMessage accounts on my devices were signed in with different email addresses, so I logged them all out and used the same email for all. Restarted my iPhone and it worked. Thank you for your help and recommendations though!
