I accidentally deleted an email from my mac email and went looking for it in the trash and spam and deleted emails and can't find it anywhere. I searched from the sender and still can't find it...HELP!

If you deleted it, it is gone unless you have a backup, synced it with other devices or icloud, or possibly you can check the website of your email provider/ISP to see if it is still there.
