I’m getting this pop up that says the gmail certificate is not trusted and that it’s some kind of Nokia certification. It’s happening every day multiple times a day and is preventing me from using my phone. It goes away for a little while then comes back. I have the latest updates and the iPhone 11 I don’t know how to get rid of this and I’m very knowledgeable when it comes to these types of issues but this one has me completely stumped.

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are having an issue with a certificate popup related to your Gmail account on your iPhone. To help with this, please go to Settings > Settings > Passwords & Accounts, tap the account that is having this issue, tap Delete Account and then add the account again and test your issue again:
Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
