Sharing location
If someone stops sharing locations with me and I shared location with them, does my phone mutually stop sharing location at the moment they stop sharing location with me?

It sounds as though you're asking if sharing your locations stops if a friend or family stops sharing their location with you. Sharing your location is in your control, and remains shared even if someone stops sharing their location with you.
