Bottom microphone isn’t working

currently my Ipad 6th Gen lost its bottom microphone and I have alterasyon trained all The suggested Remedies in home and The Orly onse thing I haven’t done is turing off The noise cancellation I can’t Sep The noise cancellation in my setting and now I can’t use my mic unless I use earphones, I already chatted with apple support team and they said it has a problem with The hardware. What shoulder I do in this current pandemic? And would I still pay for it to be fixed because I Don’t have The money to do so if ever, I’m taping Greta dare with this Ipad but why is it now damaged? It’s just unacceptable if ever The apple would want ME to just buy another same versions of this even if its Not my Fault its broken. I Please Help ME with this I dont know what I Will do. :(
