Iphone 12 pro battery charger

Good morning,

I bought iPhone 12 Pro a while ago. But now I have a doubt. I don't have a Type C charger at home. I have an iMac and I have an Amazon basic original USB lightning cable. I also have USB chargers from other Android phones and a wireless charger from IKEA. Can I charge my iPhone with these devices? I'm afraid of ruining the battery 😅
