The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Account disabled? If not that, what happens when you try to update your apps? Error message(s)?

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
