Hi Dedadana-na,

We understand that you'd like to enable the Caller ID feature on your iPhone.

To turn this on, go to Settings > Phone > Show Caller ID. If you don't see this option, then your carrier likely is a CDMA carrier such as Verizon, Sprint, Xfinity, US Cellular, etc. In order to enable it, you'll need to reach out to your carrier.

If your carrier is GSM, then do the following:

  1. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
  2. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  3. Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

Let us know if that works for you, and have a good rest of your day!
