I got my new iphone 12 pro and i had been playing COD mobile. The game is only allowing one finger to play if i try to use two then it doesnt respond. This issue was not there on iphone xs.
zoom is turned off in accessibility as well but stil doesnt work.

I solved the problem.
Recently, I migrated the iOS with all apps from my old iPhone 8 to the new iPhone 12 Pro and was wondering about a lot of bugs in COD mobile. I can‘t use the shoot button and move the optics in the same moment, so multi touch was not working.
the solution was the easiest way: I backed up my COD account online, deleted the app and installed a new fresh COD mobile from the App Store. Problem solved!
I think the reason of the problem was COD itself: On the old iPhone 8, COD was set up on the 3D touch settings. For information: 3D Touch is da hardware feature in the display, that has only the iPhone 8 and NOT the iPhone 12! So 3D touch isn‘t running on iPhone 12, because it has no 3D houch hardware. I think, this creates the bug in the COD installation.
On the iPhone 12, we have to use the manual focus now. A few tries and it‘s easy as well.
Because a lot of user misunderstood the 3D Touch Feature:
Haptic Touch IS NOT like 3D Touch!
Haptic Touch is a long press (captured in time) that activates the Taptic Engine (Vibration) for interactions. This is not for gaming. You have to use the manual shooting mode in COD.
3D Touch is a sensitive sensor in the iPhone 8 (hardware) behind the screen, that scans the intensity of the pressure without time delay. The iPhone 12 has no 3D Touch Hardware!
I was on the phone with Apple couple if days ago .. And I mentioned it and the customer representative said that I needed to contact the game developers!!!!! Has anyone received any response from Apple for thT yet?!
I just bought an iPad air3 and just realized I got the same problem w...t...f now what? I’m supposed to go another three weeks waiting for these guys to send me a compatible device...unbelievable. Truly.
Deberían de por lo menos devolver la función 3D Touch a los Pro Max ya que es mucho mejor que Haptic Touch, me estoy quedando atrasado con mi XS Max que si cuenta con 3D Touch y no compro un modelo más reciente solo por esa cuestión, un 11 Pro Max ni un 12 Pro Max me sirven para poder jugar en mi configuración a CODM!! espero lo puedan agregar de nuevo en los proximos modelos a salir este año 2021. :(
Same situation happens with me , I really upset and stick with iphone XS , As this is the only model that is good and supported 3D touch , Apple should consider using the same technique generate 3D touch functionality with haptic touch , or either they should re introduced 3D touch . They ruined alot of gamers experience on mobile devices .
Such a disappointment, it’s been a year since then and Appel did nothing about it , if I knew that I won’t get the 3D Touch in COD I probably won’t buy me an iphone12 I could save my money and buy me an iPhone X or something or maybe an android who knows, anyway I can really see that I’m not the only one who spend hours searching settings , please Appel we want to play call of duty and have fun not to regret our choice buying Appel product.
I have exactly the same issue with my iPhone 12 Pro. Multi Touch is not working in COD mobile and this game isn´t playable. I should continue playing with my old iPhone 8 that´s working well...

Me too! I was going around in the game not shooting anything or i shoot non stop. 3d touch is gone! I cant play with press the shoot button when shooting. This is sucks.
uninstall and reinstall COD mobile it worked for me on iphone 12 Pro max I had an XS Max and I had the same problem
Same issue here. I only received my 12 pro-max last night. Maybe not too late to send it back and stick with the X

Even the right aim button doesn't appear for me... so frustrating... just bought the 12 pro max to play COD and no other reason... well luckily i still have 13 days to bring it back.
mine still doesn't have the 3D touch. I can't aim without shooting. Has COD released anything on this that anyone is aware of?
Apparently the iPhone 12 dose not have a feature called 3D Touch that X and earlier models had.
Is this something that Apple can fix?
