Why does my phone disable itself ? I’ll have it in my pocket and when I take it out it’ll say disable for 15 minutes.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Is Tap to Wake Turned on?


If it is turn it off. The phone is most likely getting jostled in your pocket as you move about. It gets tapped, opens to the passcode page and as it continues to get jostled incorrect numbers input.


This is one reason I never carry my phone in my pockets.
