WPS push button
Where am I able to use WPS push button on my IPad mini? I can’t find where to use this, usually on a mobile phone it’s located under “wifi preferences”. Can’t find that on my IPad mini.

Hello booVhoo13,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!
We understand from your post that you would like to use the WPS push button for your Wi-Fi router with your iPad mini. If you are trying to connect your iPad mini to Wi-Fi you will need to type in the password after taping the name of the Wi-Fi network in the Wi-Fi settings.

Best Regards.
Apple has not supported the use of WPS with its devices and operating systems for many years (I cannot remember actually if they ever did). It’s a horrible security system and is insanely simple and easy to hack. It’s a bit like using a strip of duct tape on the outside of your house’s front door and calling that a “lock”.
It’s highly insecure and not supported by any device that cares about security.
