Garageband Loops

I created a beat on Garageband using nothing but different garageband loops put together. If I wanted to, could I use this beat as the beat of a song and then publish/copyright it? If no would it change if I added a voice recording on top of this beat?

Garage Band I’m trying to build a beat on Garage Band. Attempting to weed through the program I have found that your support site uses terms I am unfamiliar with and provides no glossary. Also the tutorials seem to address only Mac products. I don’t have a Mac - I have an iPad.

I am brand new to GarageBand. I have imported a guitar track from Apple Music, and would like to merge/add vocals and piano. Can't seem to find help to address theses.
