recently got a macbook air (2015) and it has el capitan and i cannot install anything from the app store, comes with the error of not having OS X 10.13.3, but i cannot update the os, any suggestions???
First back-up any important data to you:
Back up your Mac with Time Machine
Then read this:
How to upgrade to macOS High Sierra
Read it carefully and when you're ready click on the "Get macOS High Sierra" link in Point 4. Once you've upgraded to High Sierra you'll be able to upgrade to Catalina.
