I have a new phone that i havent finished setting up and i forgot my lock code to open my phone, how do i reset it. i downloaded itunes but my device is not listed

How can I reset my password if I forget what it is to unlock my phone I got an iPhone and set up a lock code on the phone and set it up under my same iCloud as my other iPhone but I let it go dead and now I can’t remember what it is to unlock it is there a way I can reset it besides going to get a computer and connecting it to iTunes?
