Why can’t I get my blood oxygen app to work?

I’ve tried all the obvious things. I’ve tightened up my band and I’ve been able to get it to work about one in 15 times over the last day. At first it worked pretty well and then not much after the first day I had it.

What works for me is adding some pressure around the places where the watchband attaches to the Apple Watch to be certain the Apple Watch stays close to the wrist.
