When I try to watch a show I keep getting this message but my internet is fine Netflix and other streaming channels are working fine.

Programs/videos not available. every time I try to watch The Morning Show it tells me that video is not available. Then some of the time when I try to watch defending Jacob and the servant it tells me the video is not available to check my Internet connection. There is nothing wrong with my connection why am I not getting something I’m paying for?

It’s telling you that you need to upgrade your network, are you currently using a Mesh Network? If not it’s time for an upgrade.
