What does it mean when I get the message:
”video not available
There’s a problem loading this video. If this continues, check your internet connection”
On what device is this happening?
The message means that the app is unable to get a response from the remote server.
Check for Fire TV software updates. Try a restart of the Fire TV stick. Try a reset of the Apple TV app.
If this is about the Apple TV app on your smart TV, then what make and model is that? E.g. Sony TVs may have other peculiarities than LG TVs, etc. Settings that could prevent intended operation.
Apple TV+ - "Video Not Available" message and says to check Internet connection. This occurs on my TV. Netflix and Prime Video work fine, just not Apple TV+. It does work on my computer but I'd like to watch TV on the TV.
All other streaming services work. APPLE TV+ worked until a few days ago. Using a Fire-TV stick on a Toshiba TV.
