Can't verify email address because it doesn't match real email address

it is missing an underscore. this is correct address (thomas_tucker34@***) this is the incorrect address (thomastucker34@***)

Can't access App store. Can't verify email address. Anyone know of any independent expert advice. Not sure if I'm giving information correctly. Professional help is acceptable. Thanks
