I can't find the health record part in the health app what I have to do?

Open the Health app ➔ Summary tab ➔ Show All Health Data: You will find Health Records section here.

Can’t link health records in the health app, trying to add medical records from an approved provider, but under my profile > browse below health categories there is no listing for “ health records”. Health records option not found I have gone through all the steps i can find online - I do not seem to have the "health records" option. What am I missing? Can it be due to laws in different countries or is it perhaps that I just haven't ticked a box somewhere else?
