iPhone 12 Pro warrant and carrier compatibility

If I purchase iPhone 12 pro from dubai and use it in India, would the eSIM work or would there be some bandwidth issues ?

Also, the warranty is international right !?

Warranty is not usually honoured if you bought the phone in another country.

It is in the warranty documentation online.

Another reason to buy in the country you live is possible signal or SIM incompatibility
