Does family sharing allow others to use my account for apps and in app purchase or just Apple Music?

Hi I am wondering if family sharing means that anyone on the sharing can use my account to purchase anything other than sharing music?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 13

They can share your apps, and you can share their apps. They can't use your account unless you sign them up to the store with your account.
