I would like to ask, if there is any driver that would work for my Mac (OS Catalina 10.15.7) with this printer (Konica Minolta magicolor 1600W). I have read a lot of posts about this, but they are quite old now and solutions that were mentioned there do not work right now. Otherwise, I would have to borrow my roommates' laptops with W10.

Drivers for the magicolor 1680MF were supported for macOS High Sierra 10.13: https://www.konicaminolta.eu/eu-en/general/support/new-os-compatibility/macos-high-sierra-(10-13) (at least according to some reports, the print driver could be used with a 1600W too). However, no macOS Catalina 10.15 support: https://www.konicaminolta.eu/eu-en/support/new-os-compatibility/macos-catalina-(10-15).
If necessary, you may want to try Windows (perhaps an earlier version) in a virtual machine on your Mac.
