Microphone Crackling iPhone 11 Pro

So within two days of having the phone I noticed that the mic captures too much white noise and cracks all the time on calls, whatsapp, telegram but not on FaceTime.

the phone went to service and nothing is faulty, everything works fine Apple engineers said.

it could be a software related flaw but I don’t know I’ve tried everything with Apple support and still the same.

im really sad with Apple on this because it’s a very expensive phone that I started to pay on a monthly fee and it’s broken.

could not be more disappointed.
