I don't know what application added extensions that are not going to be supported? Help

I was alerted that I had extensions that are not going to be supported on MacOs but I don't know what they are. How to change or alter when you don't know?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15

If you are not having an issue— I would not worry about these generic warnings.

When apps get updated along with macOS these things sort themselves.

This is a generic warning only. You have to do nothing, 32-bit apps continue to work on both High Sierra & Mojave.

With the release of macOS 10.15 Catalina, applications will have to be 64-bit. App developers will issue updated apps if they want their apps to work on this newest macOS upgrade
