where is the date option for ios 7.0 watch faces?

I just updated my watch to 7.0.2 and the date I keep in the middle section is no longer on my chosen watch face. Additionally, I don't see a date option on any of the 3 faces I use.

How to put the day/date on my watch faces?

You need the apple calender on your phone. If you have the stock apple

calendar installed on your phone and the date or time doesn't show on the watch then delete the calendar app from your iPhone and reinstall it.
