Charging iphone 11 with 61W charger
Is charging an iPhone 11 with a macbook charger(61W) damage my iphone's battery?

not if the charger does not output higher than 5volts, amps are drawn by the charging device not pushed
watt = volt * amps
so there really is no upper limit of how many watt the charger can provide
