My phone seems to have a glitch of some sort. The time, signal, and battery life will just start glitching I/O my screen. Also I have delays when it comes to receiving texts/ emails at times. Is this a bug? Is my phone hacked?

Your phone is not hacked unless you hacked (jailbroke) it.
Have you tried restarting your phone—>Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
You should also update iOS to the latest version, which is 14.1 as of the date of this post.

After restarting the SE, the top stopped glitching. I will update soon as I can to the 14.1. Thank you
