My Arlo cameras do not have a timeline for me to retrieve my videos on iCloud

Thank you for replying. I just added my two Arlo cameras to Home Kit. I upped my iCloud storage and am using a 4th gen. Apple TV as my bridge and an iPhone running an updated iOS . I do not see a video timeline, only a live video button and no videos are on the iCloud.
Were the photos being stored in iCloud or on a backup?
