Will my videos automatically get copied to iCloud and all my devices

Once I set up iCloud for all my photos, will it automatically include all my videos too that I take on my phone or iPad? I have "lost" videos in the past.

Yes, it should as long as you have iCloud Photos activated on all your devices and have sufficient storage space in iCloud.
