Some icons are bigger than others

Is that normal? Look at the different dimensions

I presume that your iPad current has iPadOS 14 or 14.0.1 installed. This is a known bug - for which a specific fix was included in the most recent version - iPadOS 14.1.

If you update, this should fully resolve the problem.
