Podcast Submission Nightmare

Despite having successfully uploaded my podcast to several other streaming platforms, I keep receiving an error from Apple to tell me they have rejected it. However, there's not really a decent explanation of why it's occurring, so it's a bit hard to troubleshoot. The error states:

Dear Podcast Provider,

An error was encountered while trying to add your feed, [ https://feeds.buzzsprout.com/1321228.rss ].

Please correct the error and submit your feed again. For additional information, please consult the podcast FAQ at http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/faq.html and technical specification at http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/techspecs.html.

I have tried everything I can think of, including re-uploading the podcast to Buzzsprout. Nothing appears to be working and extremely keen to get the podcast on the Apple network.

Can you please help me?

I was able to subscribe to your feed by its IRL in the Catalina Podcasts app. The validator 'Podbase' says that your https certificate is not compatible with iTunes:

I don't know how much of a problem this is. However there have been reports of problems with Podcasts Connect after submissions have been accepted: again, I don't have any way of knowing about this as it's internal to Apple.

CastFeedValidator also says much the same thing, and also compolains that it cannot determine the file type of hour media file. Your enclosure tag reads

 <enclosure url="https://www.buzzsprout.com/1321228/5942155-ep-1-willie-bishop.mp3?blob_id=24541039" length="31314645" type="audio/mpeg" />

Media file URTLs should really end with the extension - .mp3 - but you have scripting after it (indicated by the query character). While this evidently isn't upsetting the Podcasts app it's possible it's upsetting Podcasts Connect - again I have no way of knowing if this is the case. It's generally preferable to avoid this sort of scripting, though.
