MacBook Pro iCloud backup
How can I be sure that everything on my MacBook Pro is fully backed up on the iCloud?

You can't as Apple's iCloud service does not provide a means to back up their desktop or notebook computers to the Cloud. iCloud only provides syncing service for a number of your apps, but does not back them up.
iCloud backup is only available for iOS or iPadOS devices.
