The software once called Address Book was renamed some years - and Mac operating systems - ago. Its name now is Contacts.
You will find it in the Applications folder, which is inside your hard drive icon.
In a Finder window use the dropdown option Go > Applications
or on the keyboard hold down Shift/Command/A
