Battery problem

i have a macbook pro 15 inch fr and the battery continues to down even though i came to your store to talk. the person there told me to buy a new charger but the charger is not helping and the laptops battery is going down very quickly. what should i do?

I checked my battery condition and used coconut battery and this is the result: I have had a similar problem in the passed were the battery condition was Service Battery, but it fixed itself after some time. What should I do? I am planing replacing the battery myself, will that fix the problem?

my macbook pro keeps losing battery Hello! my MacBook Pro keeps losing battery, it could be on 90% and I would not have used it all day and then when I open it.. its dead! it charges very fast (for example it could be at 20% then go up to 90% in 5 minutes). I do not understand what is happening! Can you please help me? Thankyou!!

Go back to the store. Present the problem again. Don't leave until you get a resolution.
