iPhone battery draining completely

I have an iPhone 6s it was working fine and then one night the battery was completely drained we changed it three times already and it drains new batteries each time we even replaced the screen but it’s the same problem each time and goes completely black it won’t turn on and gets hot what could be wrong with it?
