com.amazon.amazon app shown in screen time

I have an iPhone 6s running iOS 14.1. From the past couple of weeks, I noticed that my screen time is very high like an average of 20 hours a day which is next to impossible. I checked and there is a app with the name com.amazon.Amazon which is running all the time even if the phone is not being used.

I blocked this app and got to know that the limit was set on Amazon Alexa app. The limit was set to 10 minutes but was of no help. I deleted the app this morning but still it continues to show in my screen time.

I couldn't find anything related to this app anywhere on the internet. So, if anyone could help me on this. The screenshot is attached as well.
