Weather Channel Premium

I paid for the Weather Channel Premium and it shows up in my subscriptions but the app does not recognize it. The app still has ads and does not have expanded hourly forecasts. Who do I contact or how can I get what I paid for? I have had subscription for 6 months and it won’t upgrade.

Can’t access Upgraded Paramount Plus subscription I upgraded my subscription from premium monthly to premium + showtime yearly using my iPhone. However I still can’t access the showtime content as paramount plus still thinks I have subscribed to premium monthly without showtime. Anyone know how I can either fix this, or whom I should contact to get this fixed?
