AirPods Pro sounds really distinct and with poor quality

When I am sending voice messages in different apps using mic of my AirPods Pro, the sound is not really distinct and with poor quality

When I make phone calls and speak using my Airpods the other people always say that it sounds muffled. I also did a voice record speaking through the Airpods and it indeed did sound muffled. Airpods generation 3 I hear everything pretty well with my airpods but when I try to send a voice note on whatsapp it comes out as muffled. And it only happens on whatsapp. I tried disconnecting the airpods and then connecting again but it didn’t work. I also tried cleaning the airpods and now I hear from the left side less than the right side

Try forgetting the AirPods and re-pairing.
